In 2010, youth director Alander Pulliam, currently awarded youngest mogul of 2014, started an outreach to neighborhood youth, giving them a safe place to play basketball after-school. He later developed the activities into a structured after-school youth program including homework help, one-on-one tutoring, technology access, and college scholarships.
Alander Pulliam is one of the Youngest moguls in the Entertainment Industry, Starting his career as an actor scoring roles on TV Shows Such as Unfabulous, Zoey 101, and Guest starring on shows such as Meet the Browns, and Law and Order, During College Alander Pulliam passion for the music industry was much stronger so he gave acting a break after he lost His Father and His Brother from natural causes. Being that he grew up without mother due to her illness, He quickly transformed into mindset of soaking up knowledge and maintaining focus on his goals. Knowing that his Parents and Siblings would want him to continue reaching towards the clouds he soared towards his dreams as a Music Industry Representative. He scored a internship at Universal Music Group as a Intern Marketing Assistant, From there he was promoted to Assistant Marketing Director in the Urban Department were he managed and established campaigns for Artist such as , "Nelly, Kelly Rowland, Ciara, Kiesha Babi, Petey Pablo, Alicia Keys, Jayo Felony, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Many more of todays artist. He also consults with current artist signed to other Major Labels concerning contracts, counseling, distribution and royalties. His skills lead him to be one the Youngest Directors at Universal Music Group.
